1. What This Service Is
VoteVoteRed helps authorized Republican executive committees manage events, meeting attendance, member information, RSVPs, votes or approvals if enabled, reminders, reports, exports, uploads, audit logs, and related administrative workflows.
Most attendees interact with the service through QR codes, SMS links, email links, mobile browser pages, simple review screens, file uploads if enabled, and secure magic links.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect contact information such as name, phone number, email address, organization name, role or title, county, and local committee affiliation.
We may collect attendance and event information such as event name, date and time, location, check-in time, attendance status, RSVP status, meeting participation information, voting eligibility flags, manual attendance additions, and notes entered by an administrator.
If voting or approval features are enabled, we may collect vote choices, approval responses, objections, abstentions, meeting item responses, response timestamps, the phone number, email address, user, device, or link associated with a response, and related audit history.
We may collect account and access information such as magic link delivery history, login or access timestamps, SMS and email delivery events, user preferences, admin permissions, organization assignment, and audit logs.
We may collect uploaded files and file metadata, communications with the service, support requests, and administrative correspondence.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, session activity, error logs, security logs, cookies, and similar identifiers.

4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the service, send magic links, verify access, manage organization accounts, support meeting attendance workflows, record RSVPs, votes or approvals if enabled, generate reports, exports, and audit logs, send reminders and administrative notices, provide support, improve the product, monitor performance, debug errors, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, maintain backups, and keep business records.
5. SMS and Email Communications
We may send service-related messages by SMS and email, including magic link login, attendance confirmation, meeting reminders, RSVP requests, voting or approval links if enabled, document upload requests if enabled, filing deadline reminders, administrative notices, and organization announcements.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP where supported or by using an unsubscribe link where provided. You may reply HELP where supported for help.
Some messages may be necessary to operate the service, secure accounts, confirm requested actions, preserve audit records, or provide organization administration.
6. How We Share Information
Information submitted through the service may be visible to authorized administrators of the participating organization. This may include contact information, attendance records, RSVP status, vote or approval records if enabled, uploaded files, audit logs, reports, and exports.
Organization administrators may export, download, print, share, file, or disclose reports and records from the service according to their own rules and obligations.
We may share information with companies that help us operate the service, including hosting providers, database providers, object storage providers, SMS providers, email providers, notification providers, domain and DNS providers, analytics providers, error monitoring providers, security providers, and customer support providers. Current or expected providers may include DigitalOcean, Twilio, Courier.com, DNSimple, and related infrastructure or support providers.
We may disclose information if necessary to comply with law, protect users, organizations, the public, VoteVoteWin LLC, or service providers, investigate security incidents, enforce our Terms of Service, or respond to lawful government requests. If VoteVoteWin LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Political Organization Information
Because this service is designed for political organizations, some information may reveal association with a political organization, attendance at political meetings, or participation in organization governance.
We use this information to provide the service to participating organizations. Users should understand that organization administrators may access, export, retain, and use these records according to the organization's rules, legal obligations, and internal procedures.

We may use cookies, session storage, local storage, pixels, logs, or similar technologies to keep users signed in during a session, secure magic link workflows, remember preferences, analyze usage, detect errors, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain organization records, support exports and audit logs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support security, fraud prevention, and business operations.
Organization administrators may request deletion or export of organization data, subject to legal obligations, backup retention, audit requirements, and any separate written agreement. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Users may contact their organization administrator to correct inaccurate name, phone number, email, attendance, RSVP, vote, approval, or organization information. 11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These may include secure magic links, access controls, audit logs, environment-based configuration, secure hosting practices, backups, and monitoring.
No system is perfectly secure. SMS and email delivery may depend on third-party providers, mobile carriers, email providers, user devices, and user account security. Users should protect their phones, email accounts, devices, and secure links.
12. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without proper authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Your Choices

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not allow advertisers to access your organization's attendance, vote, approval, contact, or uploaded file records.
15. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under state law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. 16. International Users
