VoteVoteRed
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VoteVoteRed, a service provided by VoteVoteWin LLC. By accessing or using VoteVoteRed, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
VoteVoteRed provides tools for authorized Republican executive committees to manage organization records, event details, check-in QR codes, attendee records, magic links, SMS or email notification workflows, exports, reports, audit logs, and related administrative workflows. Additional voting, approval, upload, or reminder features may be added or enabled over time.
2. Authorized Use
Organization administrator accounts may be used only by authorized representatives of the organization assigned to that account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, devices, and secure links, and for all activity that occurs through your account.
Attendee-facing pages, QR codes, SMS links, email links, and magic links are intended only for the event, person, organization, or workflow for which they were created. You may not misuse, reuse, tamper with, share, scrape, attack, or attempt to bypass access controls, QR windows, check-in windows, unsubscribe workflows, or magic link security.
3. Organization Responsibilities
Participating organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information they enter, import, export, print, send, or otherwise use through the service. This includes event information, attendee information, manual attendance additions, voting eligibility decisions, administrative notes, contact details, SMS or email recipient lists, exports, and reports.
Organizations are responsible for complying with their own bylaws, committee rules, election laws, campaign finance laws, public records obligations if applicable, privacy obligations, consent requirements, SMS rules, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Attendee Information and Check-In
Attendees may be asked to provide a mobile phone number, name, email address, or related information to check in to an event or complete an organization record. Event check-in QR codes and public check-in pages may be limited to specific time windows. Past events may be closed to public check-in.
Organization administrators may manually add attendees to past events for record cleanup. Manual additions may be marked differently from live check-ins, may be ineligible for certain event votes, and may be preserved in audit logs.
5. SMS, Email, and Notifications
By submitting a phone number or email address, you understand that VoteVoteRed or the participating organization may send service-related messages, including magic links, attendance confirmations, meeting notices, administrative messages, profile completion links, and compliance notices. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Where supported, you may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by using the provided unsubscribe link or by replying STOP. Some messages may still be necessary for security, account administration, audit records, or requested actions.
6. Audit Logs, Records, and Exports
VoteVoteRed may maintain audit logs and historical records for check-ins, manual additions, profile updates, notifications, exports, and administrative actions. Some records may not be editable or deletable through ordinary user interfaces because they support governance, security, compliance, and recordkeeping needs.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, send unlawful or deceptive messages, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, access another organization's data, or attempt to defeat authentication, authorization, rate limits, QR code restrictions, check-in restrictions, unsubscribe status, or audit controls.
8. Service Providers and Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, storage, SMS, email, notification delivery, DNS, security, analytics, support, and other infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, carrier delays, email filtering, device issues, or other delivery problems outside our control.
9. Payment
If paid plans, invoices, subscriptions, or payment processors are introduced, payment terms may be provided separately. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once billed.
10. Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every SMS, email, QR code, magic link, export, or report will be delivered or available at a particular time. VoteVoteRed is an administrative tool and does not provide legal, election, campaign finance, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoteVoteWin LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, missed messages, missed check-ins, governance disputes, election disputes, or compliance outcomes arising from use of the service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, if access creates security or legal risk, if required by law, or if an organization account is no longer authorized.
14. Contact
